磁力泵是將永磁聯(lián)軸器的工作原理應(yīng)用于離心泵的新產(chǎn)品，主要材料有不銹鋼、增強(qiáng)聚丙稀，工程塑料。磁力泵由泵、磁力傳動器、電動機(jī)三部分組成。關(guān)鍵部件磁力傳動器由外磁轉(zhuǎn)子、內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子及不導(dǎo)磁的隔離套組成。當(dāng)電動機(jī)帶動外磁轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時，磁場能穿透空氣隙和非磁性物質(zhì)，帶動與葉輪相連的內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子作同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)動力的無接觸傳遞，將動密封轉(zhuǎn)化為靜密封。CQB25-20-100F,IMC25-20-100F
磁力泵的特點(diǎn):
1、泵軸由動密封變成封閉式靜密封,徹底避免了介質(zhì)泄露。
2、無需獨(dú)立潤滑和冷卻水,降低了能耗。
3、由聯(lián)軸器傳動變成同步拖動,不存在接觸和摩擦。功耗小,效率高, 且具有阻尼減振作用,減少了電動機(jī)振動對泵的影響和泵發(fā)生氣蝕振動時對電動機(jī)的影響。
4、過載時,內(nèi)、外磁轉(zhuǎn)子相對滑脫,對電機(jī),泵有保護(hù)作用。
